Momentum is building for the inclusion of migration in the post-2015 development goals, writes Denis Fitzgerald. Any efforts would require coordination at all levels, argues Sarah Rosengaertner of the United Nations Development Programme. "You can make a global commitment, but then it would be realized at the national, bilateral or regional level where it's easier to make some commitments to mobility or to protection of migrants," she said.
